Ces coachings permettent \u00e0 des membres issus de diverses communaut\u00e9s culturelles de se familiariser avec des connaissances de base du m\u00e9tier de cuisinier.<\/p>\n<p>Georges Laurier a d\u00e9sir\u00e9 innover en sortant les apprentis de la cuisine pour les amener l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on cultive les aliments.
